Ravioli Di Zucca
It is rare to have a dining experience that excels in every aspect, but we had exactly that on a recent Saturday this February at Undici Ristorante…… We started with two salads followed by the bruschetta. The bruschetta had the perfect texture—crunchy yet tender, almost melting as you ate it. It was one of the best I've ever tasted! ….. As a group looking for vegetarian options, we were pleasantly surprised. In the Denver area, it can be a challenge to find high-quality vegetarian dishes at restaurants that also serve meat, often requiring a trip to an exclusively vegan/vegetarian spot. However, Undici offered a good variety. Every pasta entrée we ordered was delicious, and the Cabernet Sauvignon paired beautifully with the meal….. Our Order: • Insalata di Barbietole & Della Casa • Bruschetta • Ravioli Di Zucca • Rigatoni Alla Vodka • Pappardelle Alfredo (substituted pappardelle for rigatoni)….. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. Even the smallest details, like water refills and table clearing, were handled perfectly. Our waiter, Josh, was friendly and did an outstanding job…… The management truly went above and beyond. We hadn't been able to update our OpenTable reservation with our seating preference, but the woman managing the floor (from ownership/management) practically read my mind. Before I could even ask to move to a booth, she asked and offered us one! She even took the initiative to save our preferences in their system for our next visit…… For dessert, we tried the Budino di Pane (cherry rosemary bread pudding with vanilla gelato). While we usually default to tiramisu, we wanted to branch out. It was good, though in hindsight, we realized we're probably just tiramisu traditionalists at heart!….. It's clear the team at Undici cares deeply about their food, craft and their guests. We will definitely be back and will be recommending it to all our friends.

Undici staff are amazing too. All very friendly and attentive! Josh. Aka Landon is the best! Roy make excellent drinks at the bar! Alana is sweet too! Thank you for excellent food ALWAYs
Ravioli Di Zucca
Every dish we eat is absolutely perfectly curated. The Ravioli de zucchini stands out as one of our favorites. We will order it for the table so all can taste.

Delicious love how fresh everything is.
Pappardelle Alfredo
This is such a good dish, the kind that lives in your mind afterwards. The noodles were light and the sauce was so creamy.
Polpette Con Polenta
My cousin and I come every week for happy hour just for these meatballs. They're so amazing and I crave them. The polenta is such a great combo and the tomato sauce is amazing. The whole dish is wonderful. I can't wait to go back. They are very filling too so they can make a great main course.
Insalata di rucola
Perfect portion size, tasty variety of beets, beautiful plate painting. Paired nicely with Sauvignon Blanc - first timers and we will be back!
